The Nourished Approach
My personal philosophy is all foods fit. There are no good foods or bad foods. I believe in approaching foods in a healthy and wholesome manner, which includes believing every food has a purpose for our bodies. I do not believe in calorie counting, tracking macros, and other diet trends. My hope is for everyone to have a healthy relationship with all food and enjoy everything that every food has to offer.
